Villa Dracoena is a Belle Époque villa dating from 1906. It is located on Mont Boron, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, on the cape of Nice, between the Baie des Anges and Villefranche. Its 1,000 m² garden, with its many orange trees and exotic plants, is close to the Mont Boron natural forest, where you can stroll between the forest and the sea, with a magnificent panoramic view. The villa is just a short stroll from Old Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes from Villefranche, 20 minutes from the international airport and 20 minutes from Monaco.
